    WINTER HOLIDAY GIVING – Families, groups, individuals are given the opportunity to adopt a family from Lawton who needs assistance with the winter holiday! See attached forms to request anonymous assistance, adopt a family, or an individual family member. No contribution is too small or too great! Winter Holiday Gift Request forms may be found here.

    WEEKEND MEAL PROGRAM - Through the “Backpack Program”, the Ballard Food Bank brings its services to students at Lawton. The program provides each participating student with eight easy-to-prepare meals (three dinners, three lunches, and two breakfasts), as well as snacks, for weekends throughout the school year. Your student may pick up the weekend meal package in the school office on Fridays after dismissal. If necessary, alternate pick-up arrangements can be made.     LAWTON FOOD DRIVE – This drive is for the soul purpose of gathering non-perishable food donations to go directly to Lawton families who need food assistance for the Thanksgiving season. Donations are packaged and delivered to families who have voiced a need. Any remaining food is donated to the Ballard Food Bank. To participate please bring in a donation in the time frame of November 3-18! Click here for more information about types of items needed.

    CANDY CHALLENGE – November 3-7 kids are encouraged to bring candy in from their Halloween holiday to donate to the troops overseas and the Ballard Food Bank. During the candy challenge participating Lawton staff and families can pledge a donation that is given to the Ballard food bank.
